Prayer & Healing
prayer ministry | healing prayer
The North Jersey Vineyard Church is very committed to praying for the sick. If you have a physical need in your life, there are a variety of ways you can receive prayer.
At all of our worship services, we always engage in “ministry time.” This is a designated time where you can meet with one of our trained prayer ministry team members for healing prayer. We give clear instructions at all of our services of how you can take advantage of this opportunity.
Also, on the “First Friday” of each quarter throughout the year, we also have a special event devoted to healing prayer called “The Healing Rooms.” Here the prayer ministry team will be available to pray with you a 30-minute session. All are encouraged to sign up for a time of extended prayer ministry when the next Healing Rooms event is posted.
building Christ-centered marriages
Our premarital process is designed to help engaged couples build Christ-centered marriages. This service is available for regular attenders and members of the North Jersey Vineyard Church. You and your fiancée will meet with one of the pastors for 6 sessions to discuss how you can communicate at a deeper level, resolve conflicts, prepare for your financial future, lovingly relate to in-laws, and develop a shared spiritual life.
In addition, a pastor will help plan your ceremony, facilitate the marriage ceremony rehearsal, and perform your marriage ceremony. Services for non-regular attenders and non-members will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our Marriage Preparation page is under construction. For any questions or for more information, please email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
serving our neighbors
Our Food Pantry serves the families of our church and the wider community who are struggling to make ends meet. You will find a wide variety of canned vegetables, canned meals, soups, pasta, rice, and macaroni. There are also a variety of cereals, sauces, and condiments, as well as shampoo, soaps, and personal hygiene items. You may use our pantry before or after our worship services or call the church office during the week.
helping in time of need
If you are a member or regular attender at the North Jersey Vineyard and in need of funeral and pastoral care services, please call the church office or email us at email@example.com.
Services for member’s extended family who have no church affiliation will be considered on an individual basis.
Our services include hosting the service in our church (if desired), officiating the service at the church or funeral home, conducting the graveside portion of the service, meeting with the representative of the funeral home, and helping to plan and organize the funeral service.
Times of ill health can be very challenging. The North Jersey Vineyard has pastors and trained lay leaders who can visit you or your loved one in the hospital to pray with you. If you are a member or a regular attender of the North Jersey Vineyard and in need of a hospital visitation, you can either call the church office or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
